What is Pilates?

Pilates is a mind-body form of exercise that works the body from the centre out to uniformly stretch and strengthen the entire body.

Benefits of Pilates?

Pilates has numerous benefits including strengthening the core muscles such as the tummy, hips and back. It improves your posture while elongating and strengthening the spine. Pilates also allows us to build full body strength while increasing flexibility.

Where do my classes take place?

In the Leinster Clinic and the Maynooth Educate Together School, both in Maynooth. I also come to you and can work with you in your home or office.

What levels do I cater for?

All levels from total beginner to advanced. I also run classes that blend other disciplines with Pilates such as my zen fusion course and my Powered-up course.

What do I wear to class?

I recommend wearing something that you can comfortably move in without clothes being too loose. I also recommend socks to keep your feet warm.

What do I bring with me?

Feel free to bring your own mat and I also recommend a towel and bottle of water.

Payment is in cash or cheque on the first session.
